Public School Children

The Catholic parent is the primary Catholic teacher of his/her child: praying together at home and attending Mass every Sunday. A Catholic parent leads the way. “Words sound, example thunders,” as Grandpa said. “CCD” is Catholic teaching for our children who attend public school. CCD supplements - not substitutes for - a parent’s Catholic example. Classes begin in September and carry through April and are on Wednesdays from 6:15 to 7:15 pm for grades 1 to 8. Classes are held at 705 N. Roosevelt Street, Bloomington. It is the former Holy Trinity junior high, now the Saint Vincent de Paul Building. Please email Lucy Reynolds if you have any questions.
